Ordered a Nesco roaster oven through target.com… It arrived in a timely manor… Bent and dented on all 4 sides. And the lid… The knob was even bent… When i opened the box it was not even in a marked nesco company box… It was in a plain brown box inside another box… That it did not fit in and was not made for the item… All the packing material was busted in small pieces like they picked it up and threw it in… Was not formed around it for protection… It is very obivious that it was damaged when it was packed to ship… I was told to box it up for replacement… So after spending 3 hours dealing with target.com and repacking and delivering the box to ups drop off… It was scanned in to be returned to target.com… Target.com told me when it was scanned in to ups they would ship out my replacement… I had ordered it so i could have it to cook my turkey for thanksgiving… So now i call target.com today to make sure that its been shipped… They tell me now that it was processed and i will get it sometime in December… The replacement was not sent out as promissed after the return was scanned in to UPS… Why tell people stuff if your not going to follow through… And cant understand your telephone people in India
