Please don't blame the member florists who deliver your flowers! We get ripped off just as badly as the consumer does. My flower shop has now cancelled, and in 10 years, this is the most anyone from Teleflora has ever communicated with me. No contact with your "Representative" (LOL), until you send them your cancellation notice, then they are phoning and emailing daily trying to get you to change your mind. If you want to buy flowers, look up the number of a shop where you want them delivered. Buy directly from their website, or call them direct. You will get better service and save yourself anywhere from $10.00 – $25.00 in processing fees. Beware the online order gatherers (whom Teleflora supports and encourages), whose websites indicate they deliver anywhere and have locations in every city. Most of them are call centres somewhere, staffed by people who don't know the difference between a petunia and a potato.
