I have been trying to get a WDIR reinspection scheduled for a week. I have called the call center every day for a week and spoke with "special services" in which they assure me I will receive a call back in 24-48 hours. I was told on Saturday that I had a confirmed appointment for the reinspection on this upcoming Wednesday between 8-10 am. This morning I called them back after having a missed call and was informed that I do not have an appointment on Wednesday and since I missed the call, I have to wait another 24-48 hours before someone will call me back. This is the worst customer service for such an expensive contract, not to mention, a company of this size should have much better customer service to resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely manner.

The original report provided by Terminix stated damaging and false information regarding termite activity and now I am incurring additional contractor costs to open up finished walls for inspection, for which I can't get Terminix to schedule or even return a call to schedule the service. When I call for new services that Terminix can get revenue from, I get a call back immediately and service established in a very timely manner. Some customer service from Terminix would be greatly appreciated.
