Our local Terminix servicers are GREAT. Always thorough and good. However, our experience with Customer Service has been very poor. An appointment was incorrectly scheduled for us, should have been a termite treatment and they scheduled an inspection, which we had already had done.in trying to get that changed and our treatment done we got the total runaround with Cust Svc. No resolution, were hung up on, got put on eternal hold, different info given each time. Awful, awful service. We need a local office to call. This is badly needed. Someone that we can call without continually transferring and nothing getting resolved. Finally got it taken care of by getting the word to the local supervisor through our pest control servicer and one of the local termite servicers.
