The 'automated' appointment scheduling is a disaster. NO attempt to find out what our schedule is. Then it is up to us to reschedule. Most recent experience my wife changed her plans to be home – but they never showed. She called to ask if she missed them somehow – but she was told the appointment was rescheduled. Not very customer friendly. If we did not like the technicians that do our visits we'd dump Terminix in a Heartbeat.
