I will avoid profanity. However, during a 60-minute series of holds and 7 transfers yesterday I received no help whatsoever. It was a simple question re insurance within an on-line quote for a booking NOT YET MADE. Those I spoke to insisted on a (non-existent) Confirmation Number and at least five of them had sufficiently strong accents that I had difficulty understanding them. Being from the UK, I also have an accent, but speak slowly and clearly in order that they may understand ME. I wish they would do the same.

I am massively unimpressed by Thrifty and will certainly not attempt to use them in the future.
