I ordered tickets for the SF Opera for a performance a month in advance. Tickets were scarce but I found two very expensive ones on Ticket Liquidator. I received an email confirmation that my order had been confirmed and that the tickets would be sent to me. Two days later I received a phone message saying that the tickets that I ordered were "not available" and that they had no other tickets except for balcony nosebleeds. The person on the phone was less than apologetic, only explaining that they did not take orders, they were "order fulfillers" and they did not, in fact, have the tickets. At no point in the process was I informed that there was a possibility that these tickets did not exist. If I had known this, I would have looked for other options in case my order was not honored. Buyer beware!
