After ordering tickets by phone, the next day I received a call saying we owed more money. There was a mistake and the posted price was too low. I paid the difference and waited for our tickets. The day they were to be shipped (four days before the performance), I got a call saying there was a problem with the tickets and that our orders had been cancelled. We would not be receiving the tickets and would be issued a refund. My entire group of family and friends would not be able to attend something we had been looking forward and planning to do. I was greatly disappointed, angry and sad for my group.
