I called the TicketNetwork office when I knew but, since I did not buy the insurance, was not able to cancel the order. Between caring for her and planning to attend the National Book Awards Ceremony to support my daughter, I tried to upload them to Stubhub. Due to the encryption or the security of the PDF, I could not. Although I worked with technical personnel, I had no luck uploading them for resale. Alas, the tickets went unused and I lost over $1000. I will not use TicketNetwork again.
