Every time my bill goes up I have to call in and request they reduced it back down. First I don't understand why I even should track how long these promotions are good for. Then when you make the request to reduce the bill it is escalated to a supervisor which has a very long time to get a response. They make you wait on the phone for very long periods of time. Upwards to over an hour. I can wait till Verizon comes to our area.
