I lived in an area where we had Optonline, and there was no comparison to the terrible service we have with Time Warner. Every time we attempt to get customer support for our slow and unreliable internet service (which we pay a premium for – supposedly the "fastest"), we get unqualified call monitors, not technicians. The only option for a technician is to have them come out to the house for a fee. The last two instances required purchasing upgraded services and equipment that failed to make any difference at all in our service. If you are looking for fast internet, look elsewhere. Even the television hangs all the time and is slow.
