Signed up for another year. The package price was negotiated if you want to call it that. The phone rep said "In addition you will receive a 300 gift card after staying with us for 90 days". We registered and got our redemption number at the appropriate time and waited. And waited. Finally called… To find out we had made a late payment and we were now ineligible for the card! I'm a stupid 13 year customer with these jokers. Always paid my bill like a good little sheep only to get screwed by their interesting accounting methods. What a JOKE. Not to mention the shuffling off to all parts of the world FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a joke!!!
