When I signed up for service in August 2015, I was told I would get a $300.00 Visa Rewards Card after 90 days. Well, it's past 90 days and I called to see where the registration/invitation letter was and they said "Oh, you're not getting one because you have had several past due charges on your account." Well, if you wouldn't overcharge me, maybe I could keep up with the exorbitant rates you charge. There is nowhere on my contract that states I would be ineligible for the card because my payment was past due. I eventually pay it, just not on the date it's due. It didn't coincide with my payroll and you can't change the date. They suck!!!
