Really unhappy with TNT's service. I ordered a part for my van which I NEEDED!!! This week and I received 1 card through the door stating it had been returned to the depot. The card also had some scribble on the bottom saying they had attempted delivery twice the day before (no card was posted) which I don't believe otherwise the driver would surely have put a card through! And now one day after receiving the card my item has been returned to send and I am extremely disappointed in TNT. This isn't even in line with their policy on the card which says items will be returned after 3 working days.
