I had purchased a Toshiba Satellite S55-B5280 Laptop Computer, 04/09/2015. The first failure I had was on 07/24/2015. I contacted Toshiba for troubleshooting and directions on what to do to get this unit working correctly. This failure was "cannot find boot device" as hard drive would not boot up. I was told to purchase a Toshiba shipping box and to send it to their authorized repair center, PEGATRON TECHNOLOGY SERVICE 121 River Ridge Circle, Dock A-B, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. I did this and it was repaired and returned on 08/12/2015. I had another NO BOOT problem and again was told to ship it back to the same repair center on 08/24/2015.
