I had a "appointment " at 2:00 pm to have a oil change (last free one with warranty). I needed to be at the Emergency Veterinarian by 3:00 pm to pick up my Doberman Sapphire because he just had major emergency.
There were 2 lines of cars waiting. Toyota rep told me to "wait" in line. It would take at least 1 1/2 hrs. To possibly complete. An Oil change takes about 1/2 hr. Then what exactly the reason I had an "appointment, meaning I come first" at 2:00 pm. Not Ok and not working for me!!
