So I am always ordering from Toys R Us and always have an issue. I recently ordered a pair of sneakers that was received with the sensor on it. I am leaving the country tomorrow and the only justification that customer service have for me, is for me to inconvenience myself and ship back the merchandise. My time is very precious and going to the post office is not one of my favorite places. But I will take upon myself and see how I can solve this issue myself. Thank you for your service but I will not be a loyal customer anymore.
