Toys R Us shipped me the wrong item. They refused to send me a new one, but told me to return this one and re-order online. I used a gift card and have no idea how they can issue me a refund. Additionally, I had a great 20% off promo code with free shipping that is now expired, so when I re-order, I'll have to spend more even though none of this is my fault. My representative was clueless and helpless. TERRIBLE policy and ridiculous to make a pregnant lady do all this work when Toys R Us screwed up. If I didn't have to burn through this gift card, I would never purchase from here again after this and multiple bad experiences in the stores.
