They sent two college students to my house without any tool to do the job correctly. They damaged expensive furniture I had and would not listen to me on how to move them correctly. Then they sent out another idiot to give me an estimate on what they would pay me for the damages. NOTHING! Said it goes by pounds of the furniture and then broke some of my tools as well and would not reimburse me for those either. I even called the corporate office and they said it was up to the franchise and nothing they could do. They were the most expensive moving company I have ever used. Do not use them!!!
