We wanted to support local business and also choose a company that would offer great service and we were willing to pay for it. We certainly paid the dollars and this company fell well below providing great service! They showed up without insurance papers, damaged items, and then said we didn't take out insurance. When we complained, NO ONE picked up the phone to address any of our concerns! In fact as soon as we approved to proceed with them we received little to no communication. This experience and out of pocket cost has been terrible and we do not want another family to incur this experience.
