I have been a customer for two years and have had my payment directly taken out of my account. All of a sudden, these guys can't process a payment correctly saying I had insufficient funds, when in fact, there has always been plenty of funds to cover my bill. These guys never processed the payment and I was willing to show them where they never requested the funds for payment. Two months of this and today I had my electricity shut off. They are at fault and want to treat us as if we are at fault here.
