After not using Uber for several months, I went to use Uber app to get home from restaurant and it ask me to enter password. I did not have password with me as it's at home on a long list with a million other passwords AND I have never been asked before for password, so I wrote I forgot password, Uber replied it would send link to establish new password. Three different times in 10-15 minutes I was told my time had expired after re entering new password THREE times, What now? I've tried over and over since I caught a ride home, you missed that fare. You have my credit card number and basic info required, how can I get back in? I'm trying to re enter new password, but you fail to recognize this. Don't make it it so hard. Let me go back to punching my app and getting a friendly ride home.
