I got their "Sorry we missed you" note on a Monday and 5 days LATER, the InfoNotice# is NOT recognised by their system. Called all the available numbers, each time, they would differ me to another number, making me go in circles. Really? I just want to know where my package is located so I can at least make arrangements to go pick it up, is that too much to ask?

The attitude of the staff doesn't really help either.
