The service I experienced with UPS in
Miami Garden was a headache, Lost my package for a whole month couldn't find it, the driver delivered it to the wrong address, they took what they wanted from the Box, ups stated since I didn't put a declared value I was only allowed 100.00 on top of that the costumer service from the manager Frank an his assistant manager real sucks, there is a problem with that store, other people was there complaining also. Well they finally sent the check an it wasn't even a 100.00 the items that was lost due to the driver delivering it to th wrong address valued over 1800.00 you would just think that they would know and the address he had on his tablet didn't match we it what I filled out. I will call help me Howard, the service is baaaaaad
