Technology isn't going to solve human problems and the USPS administration should know better. I'm talking about their GPS tracing system allowing dispatchers to know a real time location of the postal delivery vehicles. The satellite will pin point exactly where the vehicle is and where it has been BUT… I promise you you've been fooled and we customers have been victimized by those postal "officers" with their tricks. When it rains big time and the level of personal responsibility inherent to a given worker is low, they simply stay for a while sitting inside their vehicles not picking up the mail from the mail boxes. The sophisticated technology may prove their location but not their actual delivery status. Once again the human factor has been unsuccessfully replaced by more expensive technology to accomplish NOTHING. Thanks.
