USPS lost my item within 3 hours of handing it over. Never updated past them taking it. My item was something I sold. I never received my package back. I had to refund money to the buyer. Then the post office had the nerve to get an attitude with my about looking for my package and didn't even attempt to take my information. I had to escalate myself and call the post office that my package was being shipped to. I had to do all the work to find my package that was most likely stolen from a staff member. Then they are telling me that insurance will only cover a fraction. Why should I pay for them to do their job… Or not do it. Worst mail delivery service. And this is not the first time they have misplaced, delivered to wrong address and say it's delivered. UPS or FEDEX from here on out.
