After trying to pay for more than a month (since it was set up for automatic withdraw), noticed the payment didn't clear. After several calls (more than 5) you can follow up with the history. Today I was able to make the payment! VERIZON Amazing! I'm trying to pay my bill!!! The worst experience ever!!! Not to mention I was without service for more than a week and the service rep finally showed up without an appointment (He was really nice, after all). After 5 calls I finally was able to make the payment. Terrible terrible customer service. Terrible payment system.
