We have a 55" smart TV. It cannot hold internet to get Netflix. Will bring it up then freeze. Bought Aug 2014, kept calling Vizio for help starting about 6 months after buying. Vizio support each time said it was router. I upgraded router did ALL the steps each time. I called for help. Support kept telling me it wasn't the tv. But LO & BEHOLD now that warranty is out as of Aug, it now is tv which we have to fix under our EXTENDED warranty that we paid almost $100. We also have 70" I'm hoping & praying it keeps going. We bought at same time. But we will NEVER buy another Vizio & plan to spread the word. Sorry I can't show receipt my computer won't pick up pictures.
