I have received a message saying that i have requested my number to be ported to another network, i have made numerous call to vodacom customer care lines with regards to this issue, my concern is how their system fail to detected that there is request to port client's number, for security concerns incase there are some criminal activities going out there vodacom should upgrade their systems so that immediately when user of number calls back to report such, the consultants be in a position to reverse the request to port, i have been told that their technicians will look into it and will be sorted after 5 working days, to change a number after having used a number for more than 5 years its just a non starter, so plied with Vodacom CEO and Management to look into this because of growth cyber crime
