I signed up with Vonage because I had thought they would provide me with a good service but unfortunately it didn't turn out that way for me. When I connected everything up till the time I suspended service and then ultimately canceled the service I would get phone spammed from marketing services I've never heard of. I was eventually forced to shut off the ringer because of the hours I have to work. As I noted I contacted customer service and requested the service be suspended but then I kept getting billed so I called and canceled. Why am I paying for a service that I can't use because of the robo-calls. I've tried explaining this to Vonage staff but the only thing they were concerned with was getting paid. Sorry Vonage but with the way I was treated by your staff I no longer want your service.
