Don't bother completing Walmart surveys. I was promised a $5 gift card if I completed a Grand Opening survey. Even though I completed the survey I did not receive the promised gift card. When I called customer service I was told it had to be researched. The store manager would call me back the next day to get my information and then research my complaint. How much does Walmart expect customers do before they come through with the promised reward. This is false advertising. I will never do a survey again and tell everyone I know not to complete them since it is a waste of time.
