I called Wal-Mart in Bethany MO 5 times today & all 5 times it went to an answering machine. So I called Corporate office, They had to call them direct & then like patch me over to someone. All I was trying to do was get a prescription filled. Well They said they had to contact the Dr. Supposedly the Dr didn't put her DCN# on the prescription. Well that's because its an auto refil & the nurse just calls the prescription in for the Dr. But the pharmacy technician didn't under stand how any of that works so I didn't get my meds after an hour of messing with the Bethany Wal-Mart. Hope they do better tomorrow when I go pick it up.
