Walmart in Grand Blanc, MI is completely ridiculous! I will drive an extra 10 miles out of my way to avoid this store. What a bunch of jerk-wads! They treat you like a criminal when asking to return an item (manager included) making suggestive comments and refusing to help with your situation. Also their floor managers have quite the attitude, snapping policies at you as they walk away instead of treating you with any sort of respect. My situation is I received gifts from my baby shower & unfortunately gift receipts were not included, I explained very calmly and politely to sales associate, floor manager and store manager, none of which were any help.
WILL NOT be returning to this store, WILL be letting people know how poorly this store treats its customers.
