I ordered a sleeper sofa 4 months ago and they shipped it without one arm. They sent two replacement arms and both were for the wrong couch. I still do not have a full couch.
I also received a broken mirror for my bedroom set and they sent a replacement mirror that was also broken. They are NOT a reliable company and I regret ever buying anything.
