My neighbors died and had a reverse mortgage with WF. The villa has been closed for 15 months and is a disgrace to the neighborhood. Roots from the huge oak tree have caused the water meter to need repairs. Animals have climbed up this tree and entered the attic of both villas. Vines are growing out of the gutters. Wells Fargo has neglected this property beyond reason. And it is affecting my property.
