I didn't use the product right away but, when I did, my hair was greasy and dull… I tried it for two weeks and decided that this was deceptive advertising and my hair was dull and I had to wash it every other day instead of once or twice a week as I usually do. I have short naturally curly hair… It doesn't work. I called and canceled and told them I would return all the product they sent me and asked for a credit and they said okay; however, my credit card company told me they responded with the fact that I was supposed to return it within two weeks… But that was for a special price of $19.00. I actually was billed for $149.00 and they said they wouldn't give me a credit… Horrible company, horrible product. False advertising.
