Been long time Wendy's customer. LOVE THE CHILI!!! Not after today. Probably will have huge impact on my customer return. Purchased two large chili's today and not even close to the same quality. Too much liquid… Not as much chunky meat. Too bad… Not a good change to make. Lost my business.
