Admittedly, the Whirlpool Customer Service folks are understanding, considerate and excellent listeners. On the other hand, I see no reason why a new refrigerator would work only 1 month out of 3, require 4 service calls (so far) to diagnose the problem (freezer cannot reach 0 degrees).
The company added a few months to my warranty which is great, but I am still 3-months in with a $3100 unit that is still not working as advertised.
