We bought a new Whirlpool water heater Mdl# Nu40T121-403 Prd# 0733322 at Lowes in August of 2011. It quit working in Jan. 2011, had to get new flashing part, took 2 weeks and cost $10. Now, Nov. 2015 it broke down again. There is no light on the part we bought last year, and the pilot won't light at all. I really hate this water heater.
