No one ever responds to my emails nor my phone calls. I've sent them over 15 emails, all that I get is an automatic response stating that they receive my email but no one actually follow up. I call them daily with same results: on hold for over 30 minutes no one answer, so I GIVE UP and try again the next day… After 23 days I asked for my money back but guess what I'm still waiting for them to respond. This organization needs to be investigated. I really start to believe that they are an organized SCAMMERS.
