Shocking customer service. My headset went faulty after 3 months had allot of hassle sending it back they dont make it easy for you, then i get a email telling me its going to be 28 days to recieve it i did not get a tracking number, i contacted customer service and was told that it did not have a tracking number i asked to speak to a manager and all i got was patronizing comments and a hour and a half of my time wasted absolute disgrace.
