I was unable to get my yahoo mail this morning and received a message that Yahoo was having "technical issues". I could find nothing on your help page to address this and when I attempted to enter the verification word to unlock your page to enter my message I also received a message that you had technical issues. Luckily, my mail eventually was restored but I never was able to contact you online to determine my problem and had no idea how long email would be down and could get no information.
