We signed up for YP on a 1 year agreement. It took 6 months for them to get our ad listing and ads correctly displayed. We had online dashboard for clicks and call tracking. Unhappy with the results we tried repeated to cancel our account but our account rep and his manager were nowhere to be found. Funny thing is that ONLY the account rep and their manager can cancel or stop billing on the account. It's kind of like having prisoners police the prison. Now we are stuck with an outstanding balance of over $5000 and constantly being harassed with phone calls, letters and emails threatening collection and lawsuits. Apparently their collections, legal and claims department are all located in the same building but never talk to each other. YP is built to take advantage of small businesses. HANG UP AND RUN if you ever get a call from their reps!
