My whole family has ordered many sets of glasses with no problems but I have had a problem with what I thought to be top of line glasses $150, a screw that held lens in place broke and I lost the lens. It was obviously a poor product. They will do nothing not even discount on future pair. They did not even ask for glasses back to observe. Such poor customer service. They have seen last of my business.
